We have worked hard to making polling stations safe and ensure Londoners can vote safely.

Together with the Electoral Commission and Local Returning Officers we’ve worked to ensure polling stations will be COVID-19-secure places to vote.

The Polling Station in the video represents the COVID-19 measures which will be in place at the majority of venues on 6 May.


If you do not want to go to a polling station or you are self-isolating, you may choose to vote by post or by proxy
The deadline for new postal or proxy votes has now passed. 

In limited circumstances, you can apply for an emergency proxy vote up to 5pm on polling day.
